# Furnaces

This page explains some options from the furnaces.yml configuration file.

## Flags

You can apply special flags to furnace types in furnaces.yml.

* **EXPLOSION\_DAMAGE**\
  If set, the furnace gets damage from explosions and a furnace item will be dropped if the block gets destroyed.
